Return and Exchange Policy

At Drazors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, such as personalized items, clearance or final sale items, and items that have been opened or used.

  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at our email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  4. Refunds
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

  7. Shipping Costs for Returns
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
